The process of selling your home does not need to be difficult or stressful. We will work with you to present your home at the highest quality level to ensure you are able to get top dollar in todays market. Here is an explanation of what the marketing process looks like:

Initial Consultation

In our first meeting, we will discuss the current selling market and discuss your goals for selling your home. We will also determine the current value of your home and discuss any potential options for adding value to your home prior to listing.

Photography Session

We will set up a time for our real estate photographer to take professional Digital HDR photos of your property. This session will include indoor and outdoor photos (arial photos optional), as well as 360 degree images to be used as a virtual tour.

Digital Marketing

Once your home is officially listed, it will be advertised across multiple media platforms. Your high resolution images, virtual tour, and listing info will be added to the MLS and will be made available on websites such as,, Trulia, HomeFinder,, and 
more. These tours will be easily viewable from any computer, tablet, or mobile device. We will also be able to highlight your property on a number of social media networks including Facebook and Twitter.

Print and Face-to-Face Marketing

In addition to our digital marketing techniques, your “For Sale” sign will include quality, full-color flyers of your property. These flyers will include the high-resolution photos of your property, as well as a unique QR code that will link directly to the digital presentation of your home. Depending on your marketing desires, an open house can also be scheduled to allow potential buyers to walk through the space. Individual showings will also be scheduled as buyers show interest. Our offices will manage these showings for you in order to ensure that the process simple and seamless.
